Great advice about life and finance
Wonderful advice that expands far beyond simple dollars and cents. Shannah is an insightful and thoughtful host, someone who helps us all wade through the murky waters of finance. This podcast has changed how I think about money and given me the tools I need to build a successful foundation for the future!

Love the variety of topics
Without fail, at least three of the eps each week are extremely pertinent to my life and they are informative and truly helpful. I’ve gotten so much knowledge in the back of my mind, especially when it comes to retirement accounts and credit cards.

Best Podcast!
I listen to this podcast weekly and have shared it with my friends. The advice and knowledge I’ve gained has been so inspirational, especially when you are in planning your life as an adult and a Xennial.

Great podcast
I love to listen to this podcast early mornings or during my cardio on the stairmaster. The podcast is very engaging with many simple tips and information that has helped my spouse and I. Shannah has a warm and genuine voice which makes all the episodes that much better.

I really like this podcast— it has great info, and has been helpful for me. I like
However, I if I could offer a suggestion, I think the music podcasts are out of place. I do not like the episodes featuring the sponsors. And, the word frustrated is not pronounced as FUStrated.

You NEED this podcast in your life!
This podcast is perfect for anyone who wants to take control of their financial life. Shannah has so much fun on her podcast episodes and she gives you super helpful tips to get you started on your financial journey. She covers a huge range of topics (the savings tips are my personal favorite), and she even throws some fun topics out there like traveling. I've already implemented many of her tips and tricks into my own life. Listen to this podcast. You won't be dissapointed.

Super sweet podcast
I’m a gen x’er so I may be a little older than many listeners but it doesn’t matter because the material Shannah covers is relative no matter what age you are. I have used her Black Friday app recommendations and saved a ton of money. Her insight is spot on for so many topics including insurance, money market accounts, emergency funds and investing. She puts everything into perspective so well that it makes complicated problems look easy. Well done Shannah, please keep up the great work!

I'm a financial ostrich and I love this podcast
My go-to-money management strategy is to bury my head in the sand, and just not look at my financial accounts. I'm a thirty-five year old, recently engaged graduate student who wants to live like a grown up but doesn't make a lot of money, and in spite of the long slow burn of stress that is the pursuit of a PhD, one of my biggest stressors has long been financial. For a reason I can't recall, I started listening to this podcast, and I am now obsessed. My girlfriend finds it alarming that I'm so excited about finances all of a sudden, but something about Shannah's style makes it seem so approachable. With a focus on individualized life goals and values, lots of reassurance that whatever your money foibles, she's seen worse, and useful information that I can apply now or save for later, I can't stop listening to this podcast. Thanks so much for the wisdom, kindness, and empowerment, Shannah. I will tell my friends.

Great Financial Advice!
I don’t like to classify myself as a typical “millennial”, but Shannah teaches things that we’ve never been taught before & it’s something I strongly encourage everyone in the teens-twenties to start listening to & to start taking action on building their financial future!

I love this podcast. Like really love it. She does such a great job tackling subjects very relevant to my age group and it's refreshing to know I'm not alone in my money woes. This podcast is for everyone. I definitely recommend.

Shannah will breakdown personal finance topics in a way few others can. You will have a better understanding of key issues in a way that is fun and entertaining. Shannah is the real deal!

I absolutely love this podcast! I make sure I never miss an episode. Shannah covers so many other topics other than money and finance. Definitely check it out. She can help you understand things that you never knew you could. She explains things in an easy to understand way.

Great Content!
I love this podcast! Great, helpful, not dumbed down advice. My only feedback is I'm not a fan of the music chat episodes or the travel episodes (the multiple Sweden episodes, for instance)--the content doesn't really fit with this podcast. Wish it was just focused on money, not partnering with these random guests.

I feel like I'm becoming more of a money expert than my older siblings, thanks to this podcast. Feels great :P I've been way more mindful and informed with my own money. She breaks down EVERYTHING in a totally accessible way and covers more topics than I even knew existed.

Informative !
I'm just shy of 30 and until recently had no financial plan and was panicking. No one talks about money and I was completely in the dark about just the basics. Within weeks of listening , I've met with a budget counselor and I'm on my way to opening a Roth , high yield savings and a credit card. Shannah really helped me understand the importance of investing in myself and I'm so happy i found her podcast !

This podcast has been such a life-changer for me! I have learned SO MUCH from Shannah. Her advice actually makes sense with the way the economy works in today’s world, and all without being preachy or judgmental. If you want some practical, relatable advice on everyday money issues from someone who understands the struggles that millennials face in the economy today, this podcast is perfect for you!
