Lori Atwood

Lori Atwood, CFP® is the founder of Fearless Finance, whose mission it is to bring money happiness to absolutely everyone. Lori founded Fearless Finance because she is passionate about providing fiduciary, hourly, financial planning advice to people who felt expert financial advice was out of reach. Lori has grown Fearless Finance to seven planners nationwide and over 2000 clients.

Before starting Fearless Finance in 2016, Lori spent over 20 years in various areas of finance including private equity, investment banking and as the CFO of a 20 person tech start-up that was sold to a publicly listed company. Lori lives in Washington, DC with her husband and daughter.

Lori holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and Atwood Financial Planning (parent company of Fearless Finance) is an SEC-registered investment adviser.
