Juliette Denny is a founder, consultant, and neurodiversity advocate with over 25 years of experience in education and technology. She built Growth Engineering into a multi-million dollar EdTech company, partnering with global giants like L’Oréal, Apple, and Cisco to deliver learning that works.
Today, she leads Iridescent Technology, an AI-powered learning company that makes training truly personal, especially for neurodiverse learners. As a dyslexic founder, Juliette designs with inclusion and adaptability at the core. She blends neuroscience, creativity, and AI to challenge outdated systems and build tools that understand how people actually learn.
She’s currently writing her first book and regularly speaks on topics including personalised learning, ethical AI, founder resilience, and the future of work.
