President of Consumer Services at Experian

As President of Experian Consumer Services (ECS) at Experian, Dacy Yee is charged with setting the strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence for one of the fastest growing businesses within the Experian portfolio. ECS plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall strategy for North America (NA), and in her role, Dacy is accountable for leading the consumer business’s strategic expansion and evolving Experian as a leading consumer brand and platform.

Dacy’s journey at Experian began in 2008, where she quickly established herself as a visionary leader within the direct-to-consumer business. Before her current appointment as President in January 2025, she served as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager of Membership. In those roles, Dacy helped advance the approach to integrated marketing, optimized revenue operations across the portfolio, and led initiatives to evolve both paid and free membership services. Her consistent record of strategic innovation and operational excellence has been instrumental in positioning ECS as a key growth driver within the Experian portfolio.

Throughout her career at Experian, Dacy has driven transformative change within the Consumer Services division. As one of the key catalysts, she helped grow the business by developing a freemium model achieving more than 82 million members. Dacy was also instrumental in new product launches including Experian Boost in 2019, a game-changer in the credit space that has helped more than 15 million consumers increase their credit scores. Under her leadership, innovative marketing campaigns enhanced brand visibility and consumer engagement, while her efforts in expanding membership programs delivered a superior customer experience. Recognized for her commitment to diversity and inclusion, Dacy has been featured in the 2022 Diversity Woman Power100 list and has actively championed internal programs to promote a multiracial, gender-diverse workplace. Dacy is currently the executive sponsor for the Women in Experian program at Experian Consumer Services as well as the co-executive sponsor for the Asian American Employee Resource Group for Experian North America.

Before joining Experian, Dacy honed her expertise at Toshiba, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the direct-to-consumer ecommerce business over a period of more than six years. Her time at Toshiba laid a solid foundation in digital marketing and consumer engagement.

Dacy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego Law School and Bachelors of Arts in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
