Ashley Franklin

Ashley Franklin is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in banking, team member development and community
engagement. As a collaborative and transformational leader, Ashley is passionate about empowering her team members to discover
and cultivate their own leadership potential.
Ashley studied Psychology and Biology at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) where she received her degree in 2007 and in
2016, she received her MBA from the University of
Redlands.
Ashley joined SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Tustin, California, as a Branch Manager, in 2012 and was promoted to Vice President of Branch Operations in 2017, where she currently leads fifteen branches in the Los Angeles County area.
