As Managing Partner & CEO of Shapiro Negotiations Institute (SNI), a global negotiations and influencing training and consulting firm, Andres is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SNI along with advising global leading organizations around negotiations, and professional sports teams on player contracts and sponsorship negotiations. Andres is also the driver of SNI’s patent-pending performance improving technologies in the areas of virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and roleplay simulations. Andres has been featured in publications including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, CNBC, Entrepreneur, and networks including NBC, ABC, and Fox. He teaches a highly regarded course on Negotiation at Johns Hopkins University, and was the co-author of Persuade, a critically acclaimed book released by Wiley in 2021.
